Premium Capital Resources has achieved a successful acquisition of a 48-acre land parcel, successfully navigating the entire entitlement process to secure approval for constructing 463,000 square feet of industrial property. In our ongoing venture, we plan to actively engage with the township, fine-tune layouts based on feedback from national leasing agents to meet potential tenants' needs, and steadily progress through the approval stages.
Upon obtaining full approvals, we are poised to make strategic decisions, including selling the property to an end user or taking on the development ourselves with the intention of leasing up the entire property. We anticipate that either route will yield excellent returns for our investors.
